Grope Therapy

                           The tennis ball is your depression.
                               Okay,
                                  Throw the ball.
                                           Okay
                            Now you have a ping pong ball.
                                         Okay
                                    That is your anxiety.
                                         Okay, my anxiety,
             You have many balls, because panic attacks come in dozens.
                               Okay, I have lots of balls,
                                Hit the balls away from you.
                            Okay, I'm hitting my balls.  I'm hitting my balls.
                                Keep hitting.
                              When do we get to hit your balls?
