                             In the heart of NYC of course.

                            Well, of course, but what's "SoBro" like?

                             Oh it's great, totally rejuvenated - the New York renaissance!

                                    Yeah!!!

                                   What is there in "SoBro"?

                               Oh, you know, we've got storefronts.

                                          Occupied?

                                      Sure, a few are...

                                   What else?

                                 Art.  Lot's of art!!!

                                  Like what?

                    Like on the walls, outside the storefronts, on the walls.

                                   Anything else?

                     Well sure, the Kennedy's are there, on every sidewalk.

                                  Oh yeah?

                            And it's still gritty like old New York, keepin' it real.

                                  Like how?

Oh, just urban decay, abandonment, absence of hope or meaning.  Oh yeah, and death.

                        "Sobro" sounds a lot like the South Bronx where I live.
